Refund Policy

Simple and fair.

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If something isn’t right, please write to us at info@learngambianmandinka.com, and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Digital products (e-books and apps, via Gumroad)

Our digital products are delivered instantly as a download. Because of this, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded — when you check out, you agree to immediate delivery.

However, we will always help if:

  • The file is faulty, won’t open, or is corrupted.
  • You were charged but did not receive your download.
  • The product is clearly not as described.

In those cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll repair the file or issue a refund. Gumroad processes the payment, so refunds are issued through Gumroad.

Printed books (paperbacks, via Amazon)

Printed books are sold and shipped by Amazon. Returns, replacements, and refunds for paperbacks are handled under Amazon’s returns policy — please use your Amazon order page or contact us, and we’ll help you sort it out.

How to ask for a refund or help

Email info@learngambianmandinka.com with your order number and what went wrong. We aim to reply within a few days.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
